About the Opportunity

You will play a key role overseeing the sales and client coordinator teams. Key responsibilities include:

• Effectively leads the sales team to ensure sales & revenue goals are met
• Collaborates with Marketing and other internal departments in support of the sales process
• Develop, maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and partnership organizations
• Work with State & Federal funding sources to secure financial training assistance for customers
• Maintains overall efficiency & effectiveness of the training and scheduling processes, and collaborates with other departments to provide manufacturing training and resources to Michigan manufacturers
• Oversees compliance with IACET standard for issuing CEU’s and SHRM related activities

About You

You have exceptional sales/business development leadership experience with a track record of success in sales at the executive level. You have strong manufacturing knowledge looking to be part of a great team.
